Contributions made to Tamil Family Tree are entirely voluntary gestures to support keeping this public utility online, serverless API keys funded, and domain maintenance active. As such, donations are generally non-refundable.
If you experience a technical failure resulting in a double-charge or duplicate deduction during payment checkout, the duplicate amount will automatically be reversed by Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not been refunded, please contact us at tamilfamilytree@gmail.com.
Currently, Tamil Family Tree operates strictly on a one-time donation model. There are no recurring subscriptions that require cancellation.
